Luke attended to do a boiler service about year and half ago and during this visit, he identified a gas leek in our kitchen. He followed all the correct protocols and came next day to fix the leek. Early this year, we had a water leek and fixed it. He is very reliable at a very reasonable cost. His work quality is great and so glad to have found him.

Luke was prompt, tidy and efficient. Needed a part for the boiler that he didn’t carry on his van. He sourced it locally and returned to finish the service.

Luke has been to us twice in the last month. Firstly a local bespoke company employed hima as the fitter for sinks plumbing etc as we were having new granite worktops. then a few weeks later our new high flush toilet failed to work, not filling properly which Luke fixed within half an hour and it is now much better and robust flush, much improved from before. i would highly recommend as very courteous and prompt too
