Lee from Precision Heat was excellent to deal with from start to finish. Excellent communication, very quick response, clearly knowledgeable and managed to solve an issue we have had with our heating system which we have been managing for sometime. Lee also took time out of normal working hours to check that all work was ok and provided further guidance. Wife is absolutely delighted that we now have piping hot radiators and hot water again. Would not hesitate to use Precision Heat again and highly recommend.

Lee responded to my request very quickly, arranged a home visit the same morning, which was a big relief for me and arrived at the time he had promised. He quickly fixed the bathroom hot tap, which wouldn't stop flowing at a fast rate and had been doing so since the previous evening. He was friendly and approachable and explained to me all that he was doing. It was good to see that he was taking the time to train an apprentice, who had the opportunity to carry out parts of the work, under Lee's close supervision. I won't hesitate to call him when I need further plumbing work done.
