Luke first came out to fix our oil boiler which was not working. The problem was only partially fixed. He was due to return on 28th Oct and we cancelled weekend plans to be home as we needed the boiler sorting and also had some plumbing jobs as main shower pump and immersion not working. He did not turn up and only let me know in the afternoon that he could not come. Rearranged for 8th November and I worked from home, which was difficult to arrange. Failed to turn up again, without notification and no apology. Very unprofessional and unreliable unfortunately.

Luke had already fixed elderly Mum's leaking tap when I had to call him for another problem for Mum. Luke was willing to step up and sort very quickly. When you're dealing with an elderly lady on her own it's even more important to have someone who responds quickly and that's exactly what Luke did. Can't recommend enough.
