From start to finish the work has been exemplary, Reagan came out to discuss what I required, gave a very competitive price, the work was completed within the timeframe agreed and to a very high standard, John the plumber was excellent, his work is neat, tidy, mindful of aesthetics, cleared up, took all the rubbish. Would highly recommend.

The actual work to convert the bathroom to a shower room was really well done. We had a low pressure water pump fitted as well as the water pressure was awful. On leaving we were told if we need any adjustments let them know + they would assist. My husband is disabled and we need another grab handle in the shower. We also have has a problem with the pump which the manufacturer has replaced free of charge We have asked if they could change this as well- still waiting months later despite several promises they would do the work. Aftercare is non existent + really maddening

From initial quoting to completion of the job, the service was excellent. The standard of workmanship was brilliant, would definitely recommend.

Living Life Direct took on the renovation of the tiny bathroom, in our old miners cottage, when the other companies we contacted for quotes told us what we wanted couldn't be done. The job did produce challenge after challenge and this did add extra costs for the work, but by no fault of their own. The installer had the skills, expertise and determination to come up with genius solutions to ensure we got the bathroom we had alwas dreamed of. 10/10 would highly recommend.
