Had the Live Damp Free team over again to tackle what initially appeared to be a mould issue. On closer inspection, they identified the root cause as failed cavity wall insulation. The team carried out the necessary works with their usual professionalism, and the damp has now been fully resolved. Excellent service once again — highly recommended.

Inspector viewed black mould behind kitchen units and pinpointed the source of problem . He had extensive knowledge of older houses and thoroughly explained how to eradicate problem and stop it coming back. This included installing french drain outside, new damp course and removal of mould in kitchen . The estimate was very competitive and I was very impressed by the team who worked very hard. On completion of the work I was given a 10 year warranty . I would highly recommend.
