Stuart was excellent and incredibly helpful when diagnosing our leak/water issue. Stuart's expertise found the issue and organised a contractor to come out the following day to investigate our roof (which was the issue). Overall, very good communication from the team and all very friendly and mindful of your property.

Had the Live Damp Free team over again to tackle what initially appeared to be a mould issue. On closer inspection, they identified the root cause as failed cavity wall insulation. The team carried out the necessary works with their usual professionalism, and the damp has now been fully resolved. Excellent service once again — highly recommended.
