Hiring Liv was a great step forward on the use of my property - the property had been neglected for two decades and there was a lot to do on it. He refurbished it to a high standard in a very short space of time, by always being present day by day with his team. There were no issues with payments, workers or behaviour, instead the job was completed quickly, efficiently and care was taken to leave the property and surrounds tidy. He also left a good impression on the neighbours on both sides, and there were no complaints. Hew also made useful suggestions which I was pleased to accept.

We recently had Liv and his team complete a loft conversion for us, and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. The project was completed well ahead of schedule, which was a pleasant surprise! Even building control praised the excellent quality of their work. Liv and his team were incredibly tidy throughout the process and took care of all the rubbish removal, saving us the cost of hiring skips, which we hadn’t expected but really appreciated. The whole team worked fast and efficiently, delivering outstanding results. They are a professional, reliable, and hardworking team.

Once again Liv and his team delivered a first class service. They not only worked quickly and tirelessly to deliver a quality job, Liv ensured I was kept fully informed throughout the job and regularly sought guidance from me when there were different ways the job could be progressed. Nothing was too much trouble for Liv in terms of keeping me happy and ensuring I got exactly what I wanted. Liv did a fantastic job. He put down new Gym flooring in our garage to a very high standard. He also painted our ceiling in our house and some exterior wood painting as well. His work is very high-quality and I would highly recommend you hire him.

Liv and his team removed a large brick fireplace and hearth, cut and sized the recess for new bioethanol fire and then re-plastered and primed the entire chimney breast. Throughout the job they made every effort to minimise both the disruption and resulting mess. I was so impressed with the quality of their work and professionalism, all at a very reasonable price, I went on to use them for a much larger patio relay job.
