    Clearing waste rubbish in garden and garage

    The job was accepted and two appointments made to complete it. First van broke down so made second appointment. On morning of 2nd appointment had a message saying he was just emptying van and would be with me soon. Requested me to resend photos of area to be cleared. He never turned up and no explanation- messages went unanswered, despite being read. I will now have to re advertise the job.
