  Ritchie came across as very professional and knowledgeable. He advised on the best products within the budget requested. He was very accommodating and worked around us as an open business. He arrived on time and finished the job within the time he set too. He has an eye for detail (the intricate details of the window frame looks great) and shows pride in his work along with ensuring the finished product is to a very high standard.
