The initial work was to clean out and re-point all the lead flashing on front door porch, top and two sides. Initially they spent ten minutes then left with two sides untouched. as this work was external and could done while I was out, I was unable to check what had been done and the quality. After complaint and stating I did not want the same people to complete this work, two men spent an hour completing the unfinished work. Overall the work was acceptable but not to a high standard.

I asked for a fitter who came the next day very polite man who could see what I wanted .Fixed the problem cost was very minor could not be more pleased with the job.

Communication throughout was excellent. The job was done fairly swiftly after my initial enquiry which was much appreciated. The job was done really well, the team who did it were lovely, professional, polite and tidied up well at the end. All round satisfied customer. We’ve had a few heavy April showers since the work was complete and the new gutters seem to be coping well.

LI Roofing were our first point of call for work on my mum's house. They did an excellent repair on our gutter a couple of years ago, which previous roofers work hadn't fixed! We therefore chose them again for the roof repairs to my mum's house. It’s a pleasure to deal with a company that does want it says! My quote was delivered quickly, once accepted my job was started with a day or so at my convenience! The roofers were polite and courteous and when asked questions always were happy to answer and cleaned up after themselves! One very happy customer and I have a 5 year guarantee for added peace of mind!
