  Property purchase

  I purchased a property from Frank and Julio a few months ago. The flat has been impeccably refurbished and the detail to work is outstanding. As soon as I walked through the door I knew it was for me. My move took longer than I’d expected. The guys had a better offer but to their credit and sense of fair play , they waited for me. Since I’ve been in the property Frank has been in touch making sure I’m happy with everything within flat. It’s been an absolute pleasure working with Lion and Leinster.

  Quality & outstanding service

  When our daughter was looking to buy, she saw a beautiful maisonette conversion performed by Lion & Leinster - immaculate workmanship using quality materials had been combined with an imaginative re-configuration of the available space. However, it was already under offer. After finding another property with potential we contacted L&L. Frank replied the same day, a Sunday! He and Julio were generous with both their time and suggestions and even offered to view it with us. Inspired by their vision, watch this space for a further review when they have worked their magic on another property!

  Nice people and high standards

  We contacted Lion and Leinster regarding a possible garage conversion. They responded promptly and visited us a few days later, arriving on the dot. Frank and Julio explained exactly what would be involved, which was more than we had anticipated. We greatly appreciated their honesty and transparency. Although we decided not to go ahead with the project, Frank was incredibly helpful in suggesting a builder who may be able to help us with a much smaller project, and offering ongoing advice if needed. This is a reputable, friendly & highly professional company dedicated to high standards.

  kitchen renovation

  Our project involved the removal of an inside wall & chimney breast, new windows & installation of a new kitchen including tiling another room & fitting a utility room. The L&L team worked hard to meet our needs and we're communicative and courteous throughout. The tradesmen were skilled and diligent & worked both efficiently & conscientiously. The project was completed within the outlined time, to a very high standard. Issues that arose throughout & snagging at the end were dealt with effectively & in a timely manner. We would recommend Lion and Leinster for similar projects in the future.

  Complete renovation of downstairs

  We simply could not be happier with the work Lion and Leinster undertook for us. Right from the very first phone call communication has been so easy, clear and prompt. Frank and Julio were very gracious in helping us understand where we could get to with our budget and found a number of ways to make our money go a little further. It was a comfort to us to know that Lion and Leinster would undertake everything - we had one point of contact which it made it very easy for us. The on site team themselves were incredibly respectful, hard working and understanding of our needs with a baby.
