Ben and Fred were great at communicating and being on time. They replaced the broken flush and explained it all to me. Highly recommended! Would definitely use their services again!

Excellent display of professionalism and craftmanship. Quickly identified the leak from the kitchen below and made the necessary repairs to match. Ben's work was 10 on 10. Hopefully won't need to see him inside again, but out and about - that would be a delight!

I’ve used links three times - once to install a new tap, fix a dripping radiator and fix a leaking flush mechanism. They have done a great job and been very professional each time.

My toilet flusher ceased to work on Saturday 29th June, I contacted Checkatrade and was given a selection of trades people to contact. I called Links Plumbing and spoke to Fred I explained my problem, Fred advised he could attend on Monday 1st July in the afternoon. He promptly arrived as advised, assessed the situation and suggested and explained to me the reasons why it would be more cost effective to replace the whole Cistern. I agreed, he returned on Tuesday with the new Cistern to complete the job. I am very happy with his standard of work and would definitely use this company again.

We needed a leak which was coming through to our utility room ceiling sorted. Fred found the issue and sorted it promptly, also gave us good advice moving forward.

Ben & Co were quick to respond and did an excellent job with efficency. Highly recommended.
