  Fifth service on boiler. Two new radiators and Hive heating system fitted. On time and worked tidily, methodical. New the house set up very well. Very approachable for alterations and functionality of new requests. More than pleased with service provided. Highly recommended.

  Installation of replacement boiler, tank and radiators

  Graham and Dan did a great job, immaculate work, efficient and tidy at a very reasonable cost They were very pleasant to deal with, honest with advice when asked and flexible before and during the work. Hitting a snag or two ( huge RSJ's where not expected) were solved without fuss even though it meant changing the system from the one originally planned. I thoroughly recommend Linkhorn Plumbing and would not hesitate to use them again.

  Gas boiler service

  Both my neighbour and myself needed a boiler service, and having used Linkhorn Plumbing before I made an appointment. Graham is punctual, reliable and has an easy going manner that immediately put my very elderly neighbour at ease. He comes highly recommended.

  New central heating system

  This is the second time we have used Linkhorn Plumbing and Heating Limited (the first time was for our full bathroom refurbishment). During one of the recent cold snaps, our aged old boiler finally gave up the ghost. We called Graham at 2 pm on a Friday to ask him to come and quote for a new boiler. He called round after work the same day. The quote was in my inbox on the Saturday afternoon, and the new boiler was installed a week later, with the minimal of fuss and disruption,and at a very competitive price. The install was very clean and tidy. We will continue to rrecommen him to everyone!

  Fire flue installation and connecting gas fire insert

  When my 93 year old mum and I were first let down by an engineer Linkhorn Plumbing & Heating appeared happy to help. That was in December 24. Thereafter I was ghosted via WhatsApp and voicemails. It was becoming clear they had no intention of doing the work, and inflated the price to create barriers. Even upon saying we wanted to go ahead they didn’t return any communication which left my elderly mum with no fire during Jan/Feb 25. Thankfully a reliable engineer was found and after three months the fire and flue fitted with minimal fuss. Totally wasted everyone’s time. Do not use!

  We are sorry that on this occasion you have had a bad experience with our company. We did indeed want the job, otherwise we would not of even carried out a site visit. On that note 2 site visits were carried out, one to ascertain the faults with the current chimney, and the second visit to arrange access to the roof. You were certainly not ghosted, and we are sorry if you feel that was the case. Unfortunately this can be an issue when you live 60 miles away, (as you do) from the job address. We pride ourselves on our communication and feel all of our other positive feedback highlights this point
