  Emergency boiler repair

  I recently had an emergency boiler issue after water got into the system, and was very impressed with the service I received. The company responded very quickly, and the engineer who attended was both knowledgeable and professional. Throughout the entire process, they clearly explained what had happened, walked me through the boiler issues, and discussed my options in a way that was easy to understand. Their prompt action and honest guidance gave me a lot of confidence, and I’m very pleased with the overall experience. I highly recommend their service.

  Great service and communication for a Boiler

  I put a request out through Checkatrade and was contacted very quickly and Lina came to look that evening at my Boiler. He worked out the fault and then left as there was nothing else he could do apart from order a part. He messaged the next day to say that he could order the part and gave a total price. He contacted me to say that he could come at a certain time after my work which was very convient to me and he fitted the part that was all new in a sealed box and he had the Invoice with the price from the supplier. Boiler all working and worth contacting if required.

  Broken boiler

  Broken boiler and leak.

  Boiler broken and leaking through ceiling late on a Saturday evening. Lina Plumbing and Heating were the only plumber who responded and was able to respond on a Sunday. He assessed the problem, ensured we had cold water running again and sourced the replacement part for a very old boiler. Really good guy to deal with and so happy to have hot water back
