  repaired a leaking garage roof

  Fixed a leaking garage roof. Arrived on time, and got straight to work. It's rained a few times since the work was completed, and the garage is bone dry. So I'm very pleased with the job done

  10 bricks needed chopping out and replacing after being drilled through/snapped

  Neil was very quick to reply on yhe phone ans text message to sort a time to meet to look at the job and return a quote. He was very punctual and did not mess around with the day he was going to be on site, and he went and sourced the correct matched bricks ahead of time also. Amazing service and very helpful througout repairing our wall.

  Internal fire door installed

  Installation complete over 2 days, joinery work completed isn’t great. Door isn’t flush and skirting is off the floor one side. I had to flag that the lintel install wasn’t to legal requirements on day 1 of the install and the frame was cut too short. This was rectified on day 2. Screws were left out of the door hinges and door wasn’t flush against frame, I had to add the extra screws and adjust the hinge location to make up for the gap against the frame, it still isn’t right but looks better than it did.

  Hi Neil owner of lillys builders these snagging issues were no brought two my attention by customer or would have rectified straight away all strive two do every job 100%customer satisfaction wen work completed customer had said was fully happy everything even asked us price some extra work on front of property can only apologise had a phone call would been sorted ASAP many thanks Neil owner of lillys 👍

  Landscaping services great job

  I needed my drive widening and front garden sorting out which had been neglected for sometime {Having recently purchasing the property).The scope of the work was to double the size of the drive by matching the concrete base already in place take down part of the brick wall then reinstate brick post and point the remainder of the wall. For the rest of the garden clearing out overgrown weeds and undergrowth etc and lay down wooden sleepers and decorative stones. Neil and his team did a great job nothing was too much trouble and always turned up on time and completed the work as per quotation.
