  Very straighforward

  Valentin has been extremely helpful. Although for personal reasons we could not go ahead with our project of replacing a gas boiler with an electric boiler, Valentin was extremely careful to ask all the right questions, ask for photos and then give very straightforward and honest advice.

  Very happy all round with the service received. Valentin was polite, friendly and knowledgeable when providing a quote and arranging the work. The engineer who attended on the day was very capable, arrived at the agreed time, communicated well, completed the work to a high standard and tidied up when he was finished.
