An initial quote of £475 for the repair of a leaking roof became £6500 as a result, I was told, of a new roof being needed. I made it clear that I could not afford itt and that it would have to go through the insurance. The owner said as the scaffolding was already in place (and to avoid further damage) an urgent start was necessary…on payment of £2000 up front with the balance payable once the insurer had paid out. However, as soon as the supposed ‘necessary’ work was done I was harassed for immediate payment. It transpires the roof was not replaced; the chimney area was simply patched up.

had the guys around after i had some terrible work carried out by a previous roofer, these guys came did the job to a high standard, had a little issue and they attended to the issue right away and fixed to a high standard, good guys and honest work! cant ask for more
