  This is the second time using Liam and his team for construction work. Work is to an excellent standard with communication great . Very professional, reliable and trustworthy. I would highly recommend Liam and his team.

  large kitchen extension

  My kitchen is now complete and Liam has been brilliant, hes really taken ownership of the project which he delivered to a really high standard. The their was nothing on a snagging list at the end, if their was the slightest problem during the build he was straight on it and getting it sorted. I would use him again without hesitation and a couple of our neighbours have seen how he works and are getting quotes as well. A credit to his trade.

  Side Extension incorporating Shower Room / Kitchen Storage.

  Liam is currently adding a side extension to my property . The extension consists of a Shower room and Kitchen storage area . There have been some last minute alterations to the planned layout and Liam has been extremely flexible in embracing the changes . His attention to detail is demonstrated in matching the brickwork of the extension to the original house brickwork . I find Liam to be very approachable and flexible with regard to the project . The project is moving forward with the foundations and a significant proportion of the brickwork in place . Further Updates to follow.

  Repointing / fixing chimney from a leak

  Second time using Liam and his team. Liam and his team have been brilliant fixing my chimney due to a small leak. They fixed the problem fantastically and I am really pleased with the finishing product. Liam has been really reassuring and great with communication.   Extension & Garage Conversion

  Liam, has carried out 2 major jobs at my property. A large rear extension Liam has been great from start to finish on the job always going the extra mile to make everything to a high standard. And more recently a garage conversion I wouldn't go anywhere else for any building works 10/10.

  Large kitchen renovation including removing numerous walls

  Liam has a great team who work really hard and do excellent work, every day I would stop in to the build on the way home from work and the progress was really good. The work is to a very high standard and the team are knowledgeable and helpful, both Liam and the electrician suggesting improvements over the original design I would highly recommend
