We had our bathroom completely renewed, re-plastered, re-tiled with a new shower vanity basin and toilet and heater towel rail. Malcolm was knowledgeable, respectful, helpful and when we had any questions throughout the process he was happy and quick to answer. When issues arose, they were communicated well and we discussed solutions, which Malcolm implemented and kept all his commitments. Through all our interaction Malcolm did what he promised, was polite, good humoured and the quality of the work was great.. the new tiles look great so we are very happy with his work. Recommended!

Excellent work total transformation

Malcolm always turned up when he said he would, provided advice and was really tidy. The re-fit was value for money and I was really impressed and pleased with the new bathroom. He put me at ease and explained everything thoroughly. I would recommend his services to friends and family and would use him again.

I contacted LHR bathrooms after having been let down by a previous contractor. The bathroom refurbishment was for a tenanted property and I as landlord live some distance away. Malcolm was really helpful with planning the new bathroom and acquiring tiles and flooring to budget and kept in good contact with both me and the tenants. The tenants are delighted with the finished project. I would be happy to use his services again.
