  Lee was excellent from start to finish. Arrived on time every day, provided really clear communication in regards to what needed doing and offered valuable suggestions on how to improve the initial ideas. There were no hidden extras at the time to pay the final invoice. All in all a top job by a top bloke.

  Fitted a water softener and valve in the water tank

  Lee fitted our new water softener including new pipe work and a valve in the water tank. The work was carried out efficiently. Lee discussed with us what was happening with each step of the process. Lee is reliable and very helpful. He is friendly and keeps to time. He cleared up well after the work. His costs for the work were competitive. I have no hesitation in recommending Lee and plan to use his services again.

  Complete new Bathroom Refit and Cloakroom Change

  Without it sounding we are related we simply wanted to put into writing how Lee not only worked wonders he was part of the family from the moment he first started! How many trades bring over the cakes for the customer? Not many I’d say. We had the quote sorted by Lee and it was within our budget and date fixed and away we went. Lee relies on a great close-nit team and he coordinates and you know exactly where you are on each day. His timekeeping spot on. He focusses on the tasks ahead, methodical, suggests changes and also second guesses and it’s the right decision. Job done! 100% recommended.

  Leaking stopcock

  Lee got back to me within hours of calling and was equally speedy in carrying out the job, identifying and fixing the leak, and offering guidance on next steps to help with the impact of the leak. Fast but thorough, polite, timely... would definitely use again.

  Shower mixer replacement

  Lee did a professional and very neat job of replacing an old Mira thermostatic control valve on the shower over a bath. He was able to attend the day following the request and kept us up to date with text messages to notify us he was slightly delayed - excellent customer service. I highly recommend LHP Maintenance and will definitely call on Lee again in the future.
