While other plumbers didn’t even come out to assess the job, Leigh made the effort to visit, take a proper look, and understand what was needed. He was attentive, communicated clearly throughout, and got a quote to us promptly. Although we ended up not needing the work done in the end, we were really impressed with his approach and professionalism. He arrived within the time given, did a first rate job, was professional and Friendly. He cleaned up after himself and charged exactly what we’d agreed.
