    Lee quickly diagnosed the problem with our broken toilet flush system, fitting a replacement efficiently, cost-effectively and on the day/time scheduled. Would definitely recommend. Thanks.

    What can I say about LH Plumbing & Heating ltd absolutely brilliant service from Lee. I called Lee to come out and Quote for some pluming work, he arrived when he said he would. Work was carried out the next day at a great price and the work was brilliant. Lee was very professional, polite and courteous. I will not hesitate to use LH Plumbing & Heating ltd in the future. ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐

    Faulty diagnostics

    Tested the immersion heater and heating elements, he was told it was a controller issue, had this replaced and this was not the issue. After second opinion (by someone else) they told me it was the immersion heater bottom coil which I was told he tested and it wasn't the issue. His faulty diagnostic cost me twice a much and twice the time to get resolved. It would've been better to use someone else from the start. Disappointing because my original job posting was to investigate for a faulty heater element but as he was the expert I took his advice that it wasn't the cause...

    Very disappointing to receive this review as we were called out to test which we did and there was no power coming from the timer and both immersion heaters tested fine. So we advised this needed to be replaced. Then customer didn’t want to pay and got a friend in to do the work and didn’t hear anything from her again.
