Tested the immersion heater and heating elements, he was told it was a controller issue, had this replaced and this was not the issue. After second opinion (by someone else) they told me it was the immersion heater bottom coil which I was told he tested and it wasn't the issue. His faulty diagnostic cost me twice a much and twice the time to get resolved. It would've been better to use someone else from the start.
Disappointing because my original job posting was to investigate for a faulty heater element but as he was the expert I took his advice that it wasn't the cause...

Very disappointing to receive this review as we were called out to test which we did and there was no power coming from the timer and both immersion heaters tested fine. So we advised this needed to be replaced. Then customer didn’t want to pay and got a friend in to do the work and didn’t hear anything from her again.
