I took my focus in for a full service and to fix an issue with the brakes. The team were professional from the start, and the owner was especially great, very honest and easy to talk to. They replaced the brake pads and discs, did an oil change, new filters, and a full check of the car. Everything was explained clearly with no pressure at all. The work was done quicker than expected and the car now feels smooth, quiet, and much safer when braking. The price was very fair for such high quality service.
