  Decorating Hall, Stairs & Landing in Listed Town House

  Leigh has just finished decorating our hall stairs and landing and the result is amazing. It was not an easy job as we are in a three storey town house with high ceilings and lots of woodwork. He had to plaster some of the walls and sand the bannister as well as painting the stairs ready for a carpet runner. His preparation was very thorough and he left everything very clean and tidy every night. A real quality job. We are now going to book him for all our decorating.

  Plastering over artex ceilings

  Leigh has done an amazing job covering all our horrible artex ceilings throughout the house. Repairing previously unidentified issues with a couple. He ensured he covered everything and cleaned up at end of each day. Was polite and friendly, great communications. So impressed with finished results and service. We are now getting him to quote for wallpapering feature walls. Highly recommend LGW Property.

  Great decorator

  When a decorator failed to turn up we went for the first time to Checkatrade and were contacted by Leigh of LGW. Although very busy he offered to work nights and weekends to help. He has been brilliant, his work excellent and all at a competitive price. thanks Leigh

  Great service all round

  We got LGW to come round to paint hall, dining room, bathroom & ceilings, also do replastering in some areas. They were very friendly & professional and did a great job. They also discovered some damp issues which they also dealt with whilst they were working with us. We will be getting them back to do some more work for us & highly recommend.

  Ceiling repair / plastering in a large cupboard

  Such a pleasure to work with LGW Property. Lewis and Leigh are friendly, professional and easy to communicate with. Although our job was modest (ceiling repair in a large cupboard) it was complex and required attention to detail due to other services running nearby and through the area being repaired. Leigh did an excellent job; arriving on time, was respectful of our home and left the area spotless. Highly recommended.
