  Specialised tap fit for bespoke bar

  We were fitting a specialised tap in our bar, and Luke was very helpful and communicative ahead of his visit, guiding me on how to prepare the joinery and worktop properly, ensuring the tap came with all of the pipework and parts so on the day of the fit it all came together without any problems. On the day of the install he arrived promptly, double checked all of the parts and got on with the installation. Thanks to Luke I was able to get my bar together without a qualified project manager or designer who would typically coordinating across the various agencies involved.

  Failed central heating boiler

  Told I needed a new boiler by a different engineer. Luke turned up at short notice with replacement fan. Thoroughly checked, cleaned and serviced the boiler. He replaced the fan and other parts. Now boiler works perfectly. Luke was very pleasant throughout and clearly explained what he was doing. And he didn’t eat any biscuits! Couldn’t recommend him highly enough.

  A heat exchanger needed to be replaced in our boiler

  Following the discovery of a huge flood in our utility room where our boiler is housed we switched the system off and called LG .the came promptly, diagnosed the problem immediately and ordered the new part.within a couple of days the system was back up and running.They handled the situation very professionally highlighting several other issues with our system that were not set correctly. They reset everything at the correct settings to allow our system to run more efficiently and to reduce the risk of further problems with the boiler..All in all a thorough efficient piece of work .

  New boiler installation

  After 10 years our boiler started having issues and we decided to have it changed. We contacted Luke and he came and walked us through our options and we decided to have a new one installed. Luke was so professional, he knew exactly what he was talking about. He was genuine (have had plumbers in the past who have tried to do unnecessary works) ! After we received a few quotes we decided to go ahead with Luke. We have had our new boiler installed. His work was precise, tidy & professional! I can’t recommend him enough! Will definitely use him again! Thank you Luke!!
