I would stay away from this Trade, I received a quote and agreed on the work, the day trade calls and says he won't make it the next day because he is delayed in his previous job (this was a Sunday), after we explained that the needs to done that week, later he then says he will send someone else to start the work, a guy comes the next day no tools, does the sanding with ZERO cleaning, doesn't stripe the paint with paint stripper, next day trade calls saying he doesn't know how long it will actually take and that price is double to finish , or a daily rate to take as long as it takes...

Thanks Liam for your help! After ordering some pre-cut timber, I had to change some dimensions and re-cut it all to length... It would have been a painful afternoon's worth of work with the hand tools I had available. I went to the neighbouring office, which was under construction, to ask if one of the carpenters might be able to help me to do it. Liam was quick to offer his help. He traded his break time that afternoon to re-cut everything to length, free of charge. All round great guy! And his professional work in the office next door looked amazing too.

Replaced a damaged Architrave and fitted it against an existing architrave. Overall very satisfactory result within the parameters that were feasible.

Responded quickly, came on the day we needed, arranged for materials to be delivered and then removed, and fixed the issue as required!

Did a great job. The job ended up being more complicated that initially anticipated but Liam was able to solve this and was generous with his time & effort.

We are very satisfied with the work Liam did. He is straightforward and easy to communicate with.
