Ola has booked and cancelled the appointment four times which was very unreliable and unprofessional. When he finally came , he didn’t think of bringing shoes covers which we found disrespectful. It was very annoying to see that he had no passion for his job , his only interest was getting money. Whatever little suggestion my husband and myself made , his immediate answer was we had to pay him extra. It goes without saying we would pay in case there was need to any additional work but the way he said it was rather rude.

I highly recommend Ola. He was precise in the execution of the job, tidy and more importantly, always on time. This is often the most challenging aspect when dealing with workers who come to your home. He also was very reliable in terms of the repairs, timing and cost. He also fixed a wobbly door handle.

Everything from initial communication to the actual job was perfect. Ola was courteous, helpful, and kind. He was on time, fixed the washing machine in a timely manner and left everything tidy and spotless. Ola is one of the most reliable service providers I have interacted with and would highly recommend!

Ola is fantastic - diagnosed the problem as a broken motherboard (discontinued part) and made some recommendations that a new fridge was required, best brands and retailers.

Ola measured, ordered the blinds off the 247blinds website and brought the blinds with him on the installation day. Excellent quality and service all the way. Highly recommend!
