  New flat roof for Garage plus some extras

  Pleasant couple of guys and main job fine but they left me with leaks caused by rain water ingress and despite many attempts to contact them they never got back. I see they have now changed company name to L J Carpentry Group ltd...

  Remove existing Garage roof, door and window. Install modern replacements and make good brickwork.

  The builders and brickie attended the property, removed the existing garage door, roof, door frame and window. The Bricklayer removed all unsafe brickwork and once the new door frame was installed and a lintel fixed for the window, laid new bricks above the door and around the window. The garage roof was loose fitted and later secured. The window installed and a third party Co hung the garage door. Since then I have I had to contact the builder repeatably as the roof was not properly fixed, had insufficient support and substantial leakages. The leaks continue, no replies to my recent messages.

  New kitchen

  Very professional and helpful from first contact, Joshua and Lewis gave me a clear timeframe and cost for the work I asked for. They were on time and polite, making sure the area was tidy after each work day. I felt I could ask for regular updates and that my needs and requirements were catered to, I even requested a few smaller jobs which they were happy to do. The kitchen was complete just in time for Christmas, which made Christmas and New Year even better. I will keep Lewis and Josh in mind when I require further building work in the future, highly recommended.
