Lewes Landscapes have transformed in a few days a small slightly decrepit patio garden into a space evocative of an Italian palazzo. Advice and clear explanations of what the project would entail were followed by a professional attitude and attention to detail in all aspects of the work carried out. Regular bulletins kept one abreast of progress and all was achieved with courtesy and efficiency. Much appreciated was the willingness to go the extra mile to make the very best of the job. Recommend without reservation.

Within 2 weeks the concrete was breaking up and rain washes the surface away. Arran said he would rectify the problem. After months of delays and excuses Arran suggested he cut out and replace 2 patches of concrete - an unacceptable solution as other tradesmen said all the concreting is faulty - most probably caused by incorrect mixing rather than by frost and it should all be replaced. I asked for a refund but Arran said he could not refund me. I realise mistakes can happen but a professional tradesperson would swiftly put things right. Arran however has shown no obligation to do so.

A section of an old garden fence covered with ivy started to lean ominously earlier this year. Arran discussed the options and related costs with us for removal of the problematic area and associated waste, and inserting new panels. All went to plan, with easy communication to confirm dates and the cost. The cost was fair. Arran and his assistant were a pleasure to work with and we would use them again for future work.

Lewes Landscapers were very efficient, skilled, helpful, punctual, and they came when they said they would. They did a perfect job for us under dificult circumstances and I recommend them highly. I would certainly use them again.
