• A call-out fee applies to all first-time property visits and job assessments.

• This fee covers travel, time, and a full inspection of the work required.

• If you decide to proceed with the job, the call-out fee will be deducted from the total price
• If you choose not to go ahead, the fee will cover the visit and assessment only.

When you accept a quote, a deposit is required to confirm your booking and secure your time slot.

• This deposit is fully deducted from your final invoice.
• It also helps us cover any preparation and materials required in advance.
