  Excellent service. Jonathan was extremely helpful and took us through all the stages of the pre-build process and then his team led by Adam built us our dream kitchen/diner extension. So happy with the result, would 100% recommend

  House Renovation including loft conversion and 1st floor extention

  Our project was a complex house renovation including a new roof to accommodate a bedroom with ensuite. A new 1st floor bedroom above an existing extention and a complete renovation of the house. We feel very fortunate to have found LevelUp Development. The company is very experienced, trustworthy and professional. All trades were highly skilled and really cared about their work. The team was easy to communicate with and worked extremely hard. LevelUp stuck to budget and delivered more than expected, we wouldn't hestitate to use them again or recommend.

  Garage conversion

  Level Up Developments were fantastic from the outset when Jonathan attended my property to discuss my requirements and to provide a quote. The work took less than four weeks to complete and all trades personnel were polite professional and tidy. I have further renovation work planned later this year and will happily approach Jonathan and colleagues to undertake this for me.

  Single storey rear extension

  Level Up were great from the start. Jonathan contacted us when the request for planning permission was published. He was very prompt and courteous in replying to my messages. Once the work started all the builders and tradespeople were great to work with - considerate, respectful. They worked speedily and efficiently and the quality of work was excellent. We had a delay at one point while the windows were being ordered but after I pushed for a solution they boarded up the windows so work could continue. Adam, the head builder, was great to deal with and always responded quickly to my messages.
