  Water tank in roof void

  Highly recommend Jordan at Level Up Construction. He moved the water tank in our roof void which was sitting on an old door across the joists and causing cracking below, it’s now on a purpose built timber frame. The work is top quality and Jordan is really reliable, quick and professional.

  Complex Decking Project

  House renovation

  Jordan and Level Up Construction renovated our 1905 house (new kitchen, flooring, bathroom, rewire, utility/toilet, boiler, radiators, plastering, patio). We're delighted with the high-quality results and recommend them wholeheartedly. Jordan's communication was clear, his insights valuable, and the workmanship excellent. The 10-week project was efficient, with seamless trade coordination. Jordan and his team were respectful and tidy. Overall, a very good experience.   Renovating a 1935 bungalow

  Really pleased with the work carried out on the renovation of our 1935 bungalow which needed a lot of work to bring it up to a liveable standard, having never been touched. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently and reinforced the saying “whatever you want done, can be done”. No job was too big or too small and we were able to have conversations around developing ideas which was ideal as it allowed the work to be flexible if we changed our mind on something. Our ideas were met with a wealth of knowledge on whether something worked or not which was great. Will use these services again

  Rear extension

  Jordan from the start has been friendly, approachable and professional. His team carried out the works providing us with a quality service and professional support. They took our dreams and made them reality. The finished product speaks for its self. We highly recommend level up construction and can’t wait to use them on our loft conversion in the coming years.
