Excellent cleaning service. Irina was efficient, helpful and prompt in anwering queries and finding us the right cleaner for my elderly Mum. The cleaner Pavlina was lovely, friendly and hard working, no complaints about this service or the standard of cleaning. Would highly recommend (especially in comparison to the previous service we tried!)

I couldn't be more grateful for the Let's Shine Team. Despite the small confusion at the beginning, Irina has been very accommodating and communicative with us, which is always appreciated. Our cleaning specialist, Pavlina, is excellent and has taken a huge burden off my shoulders. I can trust her to clean to an even better standard than my own, and look forward to the fresh home she leaves us with. We needed a cleaner to get our rental property ready for tenants. Irina replied to our request really quickly and gave a good quote as well as explaining what the package would entail. We needed something slightly different and she was very flexible to do what we needed. Her communication with us was excellent - quick and very clear. The cleaner herself was punctual and very hard working. The work was carried out to a good standard and finished on time.

Everything from quotation to communication to service was efficient, reliable and above standard. The quotation was very competitive too so I believe it’s all well worth. My landlord has no complaint whatsoever after I moved out so I would consider this clean 100% serving its purpose.
