We contacted Mark on Friday night and he attended and repaired the door lock the next day. He communicated with us throughout and his charge was very fair. Would not hesitate to recommend anyone with a lock problem.

Mark responded to my request very promptly, and throughout the arrangements always communicated with me quickly and helpfully. When he carried out the work, he advised me on the best way to keep the house secure, and fitted new locks accordingly. He is a genuine and helpful tradesperson - a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended.

Mark was super quick, friendly and communicated really well throughout. He carried out a diagnosis without charge and was very open about the work needed to fix the problem should we want to go ahead. All sorted and very reassured the front door is now working and safe. Would definitely recommend :-)
