Relatively simple job to replace existing mains wired smoke/heat detectors with new ones but Nadir was able to come at a time convenient to me, was very competent and did the work efficiently (including making effort to ensure the new alarms lined up with the old space to improve the final appearance) and was patient with me watching / asking questions. Would use again for a similar job.

Both my units were old and needed to be replaced. The beeping sound off the alarm was annoying. Lethal Ltd gave me a quote on Sat evening and sent an engineer on Mon morning. The communication was fast and transparent. The engineer was polite, professional and efficient. Thank you

Job was rushed and left in a substandard state. Had a second opinion where it was determined the fire alarm wasn't fused at all and there was a risk of electric shock. Untidy, unlevel trucking run straight from a light switch which had to be removed and redone. Certification was vague, no invoice
