We are very pleased with the new bathroom Rob fitted. The quality of finish is great and Rob is very professional and gives excellent customer service too. His recommendation to use Grant and Stone for all the fixtures and fittings was good advice and value making it a seamless experience. We would certainly recommend using his company.

5 years ago Rob was commended to me to completely refit my bathroom. The professionalism and workmanship was perfect, I was delighted. We then moved house and as that bathroom was still almost as good as the day he fitted it there was no question of who we would have to replace our bathroom and en-suite in the new house! Stunning work once again. Polite, clean, tidy and reliable. Rob will be doing our downstairs cloakroom next month, I can’t wait!

Working with Lester Bathrooms was a great experience from start to finish. The response to first contact was smooth, the quote was competitive. Once the work started, Rob managed everything from start to finish, doing the plumbing and tiling himself. Rob was great to work with; good communication, very tidy and considerate. The electrician and carpenter Rob brought in were nice to have around too. We are very pleased with the end result and would definitely recommend.

It’s never easy trying to find a good and reliable tradesman when it comes to Bathrooms , or any other type of work for that matter . But my wife and I “ turned up trumps “ with Lester Bathrooms recently. The work involved replacing our existing bath with a new walk-in shower and other associated work and I have to say , Rob Lester was absolutely amazing. . He was methodical, punctual , and polite , in fact everything you’d want from someone chosen to do work for you If anybody out there is thinking about a bathroom project ; look no further than Lester Bathrooms and Rob Lester .

From start to finish the customer service provided was excellent. We chose quite a tricky design and Rob did everything he could to work with us to make the idea come to life. He went above and beyond, and the skill and care that he took on everything was amazing. Would definitely recommend his services as he also is well connected with other reputable and quality tradespeople. Rob project managed everything so the process was even easier for us. Throughout the project Rob kept us updated, checked in about various details and made sure we were happy before proceeding.

We couldn't recommend Rob and team highly enough to anybody thinking of using Lester Bathrooms. Rob's a self confessed perfectionist so his attention to detail and quality of finish was superb. His 'relationship management / customer service' throughout every step of the build / ordering process was fantastic (felt a proper partnership). We trusted him 100% in our home (leaving him working alone / me leaving him working with my wife and daughter at home). He treated it with the same care as we do. He's now worked on both my own and my parent's homes and their experience was exactly the same.
