Les was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to help us, extremely kind and a lovely friendly chap. The whole experience was brilliant and I will be sure to call Les if I need anything done to do with locks in the future. My door was a stubborn fix but Les was quick and got everything working better than the lock was before it broke. Thank you very much Les I highly recommend you. :)

Arrived when he said he would, quickly found the cause of the problem and repaired it with components he had in the van. Pleasant manner, clean job. Would hire again.
