had Les fit a worktop which entailed cutting in a Belfast sink and doing a join He arrived and said worktop couldn’t be joined so would just have to be butted together. I was out when he rang to say he’d finished so I took the £180 cash to his house. When I got home I immediately rang to request he return as I wasn’t happy with the work. He said that he’d been doing this for 30 years and that’s how it’s meant to be. The joint he said could be a ‘biscuit’ joint just had sawdust pushed in it The sink worktop was over the sink one end and off the sink the other. My son re did it all himself

Les turned my lock crisis into a pleasant experience. He was skilled, a quick worker, reliable, efficient, punctual and straightforward. He rapidly diagnosed the issue and solved it without fuss. He made sure I could operate the lock easily before leaving. An excellent job at a fair price. Les came out to me within half an hour of calling him. The lock on the door was a bit stubborn and tough but he was patient, very friendly and understanding, with no pre-judgements. Would highly recommend and would use again.
