  Replacement Boiler, flue and Plumbing

  Luke did an excellent job in replacing our old boiler and moving the flue for us to a better location as well as modifying and upgrading the plumbing required. It was an awkward location but Luke did a fantastic job and I recommend him highly for any future central heating and plumbing work.

  Shower Fitting

  When contacting the company they asked me the problem, they said they would call round and did so on time. All work carried out was exactly as promised and carried out on time. Very clean workmanship.

  Boiler service and gas hob check

  Luke was quick and efficient at communicating. On the day he was professional and thorough, carrying out the service as requested and fixing the issue I was having with one of the gas burners. I was very impressed throughout

  I had no hot water and the boiler was displaying an error message

  I contacted Luke first thing in the morning to explain I had no hot water and there was an error message on the boiler display. He came around shortly after my call and checked everything out. It turned out that there was no gas getting from the meter to the boiler. He waited whilst I contacted my supplier, who arranged for an engineer to visit within 2-4 hours. Luke contacted me later to check that the problem had been resolved and that everything was now working. I explained to him that the problem was the gas meter and a new one had now been installed. I certainly recommend Luke.

  Luke arrived on time and prepped the site to ensure cleanliness at all times. He listened to my requirements and made recommendations where necessary. His work was impeccable, professional, courteous and friendly. He finished the job ahead of schedule and was of a very high standard.
