  Whole ground floor with LVT & carpet

  Luke seemed to be interested in the work I needed and quoted. Since then he’s ghosted me, not answering messages or calls when I was prepared to spend several thousands on flooring. Could at least have admitted he didn’t want the job. Honesty is a massive part of committing to a contract. Very poor behaviour.

Luke was punctual, tidy, and professional, completing the work with great care and skill over four days. The results are fantastic, and the quality speaks for itself.
