10 Great and friendly service

My boiler stopped working due to the minus temperatures. I had tried defrosting the pipe outside but no joy. I have a newborn and was frantic. I received a message at 8:40 (Sunday) and informed them of my new born. I received a phone call from a lovely engineer after 5mins who advised me on how to fix this. He asked me to take a photo and provided support with advice to prevent this. He also offered to drop heaters if require. He responded to my subsequent queries in the day - thank you so much David. David and his team were very respectful of my home, extremely reliable and very friendly. Always on time and explaining everything in detail. We had been having trouble with our boiler for a while, David said he could repair it but it was old and likely breakdown again. David repaired our boiler, and left a no obligation quote. Job location: M34I have used Dave and the team for the past 5 years on various different jobs and will use nobody else. L.E.N are very reliable and of top quality work at a very affordable price.
