We were so grateful to Len for coming out in such awful weather to fix what turned out to be a blocked down pipe. We were expecting to wait a few days but his concern over the issue meant he came out straightaway. Thankyou.

We had a problem with water dripping from a roof gutter. Len visited very promptly to give an estimate, and arranged a date for the repair work. This was done today, very efficiently. Len and his colleague were friendly and helpful, explaining the work required. I would definitely recommend them.

Len was extremely thorough with all aspects of the work. I was kept updated concerning every stage from start to finish. There were a number of issues that were identified, which did incur extra costs, but these were carefully evidenced and explained by means of photographs and examples. These were checked out by a competent relative and it was confirmed that the additional work was necessary, and completed correctly. The guys were very polite and considerate, and nothing was too much trouble for them. The site was kept meticulously clean, and noise was kept to a minimum.

Quick turn around in regards to the original quote and the quote was competitive. On the day of the job they were prompt and efficient. They also gave good advise on the wood fascia in terms of the sort of job/ cost to replace it. They provided an interim solution that allowed me to get the broken gutter fixed but added a layer of protection to the wood fascia. Was please with the work and the team. I found that they were pleasant and helpful.

Only positive things to say. Kind, personable, polite, and the quality of work looks exceptional. Can only recommend.
