Exceptional workmanship at a fair price says it all. Cedric is a rare type of tradesman in that he is truly multi-skilled. He has fitted 2 bathrooms for us including some complicated tiling, all of the plumbing and karndean flooring. He mentioned he could also plaster so we’ve just had him back to drop a stairwell ceiling, insulate it and plaster it in as an archway. Not only was it incredibly awkward to access, it really wasn’t the easiest plastering job. The results are exceptional and all finished in the quoted timescale. Thank you Cedric, we will be having him back for the next project.

Cedric is very thoughtful about what he does, so the job is done well. He's reliable and polite, has a sense of humour and excellent taste in music (played quietly so he wouldn't disturb anyone).

We wanted to knock through our kitchen into the adjoining dining room and block up some doorways and plaster a ceiling. Cedric was very prompt and helpful in coming out and suggesting different alternatives in how we could achieve what we were looking for. We hit a slight snag when he took a part of the wall down and discovered it had been built incorrectly so gave us different options to rectify the problem. Overall great service and workmanship and we are planning to use L Square renovations for other projects in the future.
