  Garage Conversion to Studio/Utility

  I am absolutely 'blown away' with the work John has done for me. I initially contacted Lee who is John's work partner and was kindly put in touch with John. After a consultation, followed with very competitive quote, the work commenced on the 22nd January and completed on the 7th March. Throughout the conversion, John worked to a very exacting standard, was always 100% reliable and had a wonderful attitude to his work which was so endearing; coupled to that, John has a particularly nice personality. It has been a pleasure to know him. I highly recommend the services offered by L J Builders.

  Insulating my dinning room

  Lee and John recently carried out some work in my dinning room insulating and re plastering the whole room. I cannot recommend them enough great workmanship and communication. Nothing was to much trouble and was given great advice along the way. We would not hesitate to use Lee & John again. Many thanks

  Building of steps leading up to the garden.

  So happy with the service and work Lee Winters Building Services Ltd carried out. Always communicating with us straight from the start from quote to completion. Quality of workmanship was outstanding, kept the steps in keeping with current surrounding of walls and gave their professional advice on best options. Always clean and tidy, you would never have known work was going on. Polite and friendly every time we chatted. Would highly recommend.

  Removal of chimney breast, cupboard and knock through.

  Lee was honest and open about pricing and timing all the way through. Didn't do additional work without first quoting for it allowing me the option of doing simple bits myself and reducing the quote accordingly. It was a dusty messy job removing a chimney breast but Lee did it as tidy and clean as was possible. Never any issues with timing or communication, will recommend Lee to anyone.

  Brick built garden planters

  Lee was great very friendly and easy to get on with. I am so pleased with the planters that Lee built, he was punctual, very tidy and his brickwork was great. We will definitely having back in the future for more jobs. Highly recommend
