Lee is always very reliable and easily contactable. He lets you know when he can do the job, and always sends a text to let you know he’s on way. He respects your property, and always cleans up afterwards. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending him. Very pleased.

Lee responded quickly to come and look at the problem and then with the quote. He was honest and reasonable with the costs, and clearly explained the issues with the pipe whilst carrying out the work. He is knowledgeable and done a great job! Very happy customer. I would thoroughly recommend Lee to others and call him again if I needed a plumber.

Lee contacted me and sent some photos of the problem. A few days later, Lee turned up and replaced both valves within the hour. As an extra bonus, Lee removed the bath tap aerator which was stuck on with limescale. Ten out of ten.
