Didn’t turn up on appointed day. After chasing them they said they could come next day ‘but we don’t start work before 10:30’. Appalling

The firm turned up 4+ hours late. They then removed the tree, but left me with several large tree stumps, some of which stick out more than 12 inches. The agreement was £480 to "remove the lot". This did not happen. When I said I wanted it all removed, the son said it would be another £250 on top of the £480 I already paid. Then he got onto his father who agreed they would do it for another £150 on top of the £480. I was then fobbed off and lied to - the father promised to come back, even said they were on their way. I never saw them again. I used.. to avoid such a situation.

I cannot fault Lee's landscapes, they were very efficient, the work was done to a very high standard, I would recommend them to anyone who wants a good job done
