Lee arrived in good time and introduced himself in a courteous manner. He reviewed the work area and Job to be done - removal of old floor covering and replacing with new underlay and carpet. He worked in a proficient manner and was pleasant throughout. He was happy to explain what he was doing and why certain processes were necessary. Really impressed with our new herringbone flooring installed by Lee. It is exactly what we had hoped for and looks great. Lee was friendly and very helpful, talking me through how the flooring would look before laying.
