  Leemac Lacks Integrity

  I had to intervene three times and point out discrepancies between what was quoted and actual work carried out/materials being used. It appears to me this company is not beyond trying to pull a fast one, to minimize costs and maximize profits. If I hadn’t intervened they would have got away with it. This leads me to believe they are not trustworthy, I would not recommend them and will never hire them again. The quality of the work was reasonable. Price quoted was very high. Response time to enquiry was quick and further correspondence was prompt. Shame they got greedy!

  Professional and friendly

  Joseph of Leemac construction cleaned and resealed my resin driveway. This in turn led to a new roof. The work was carried out very professionally and they cleaned everything up afterwards. All the workers were very friendly. Joseph cleaned and sealed the driveway again when all was completed and I was very pleased with the work.

  Quality work, highly recommend

  We chose Lee Mac Construction Ltd—Joe, to replace our old cement/gravel driveway with a Resin Bound driveway. At the initial visit to give a quote, Joe was pleasant and knowledgeable, explained steps of groundwork preparation and Resin Bound application clearly. A quote inclusive of VAT was agreed, we opted for “Merlot” colour with a charcoal border. Joe’s team were polite and very hard working during extremely hot weather and they completed the job to a very high standard. We are very pleased with the quality and practicality of our gorgeous Resin Bound driveway, thanks to Joe and his team.

  Highly recommend!

  A company that goes the extra mile. We are in the process of having a new pantile roof. The weather has thrown everything at it but everyone involved has pulled out all the stops to make the most of dry spells. All tradespeople have arrived early and stayed late to finish the project promptly. Daily communication with project manager frequently on site. Everyone tidies up and respects the property. The roof is nearly finished and looks fabulous!

  Reliable excellent work, but be clear about the VAT.

  I gave my problem to Checkatrade, I had some responses but only Joe from Leemac Construction Ltd wanted to visit the site. We had a discussion and a price was agreed and later increased as I agreed to more work; no paper quote at any stage only a number on his smart phone which I knew I could just manage. The extra £8.5K for VAT was therefore added to the hardcopy bill at completion and an unwelcome surprise. The work itself was of an excellent standard, the crew and their equipment all worked efficiently, thoroughly and with courtesy to the family. I strongly recommend Leemac.

  Quality work by a motivated skilled friendly tradesmen

  Using Check a Trade , I chose Leemac to quote for a RubberRoof on a very large flat roof garage that was leaking badly. The end result was perfect. Joe uses highly motivated, skilled tradesmen. Old materials were removed and my property left very clean and tidy. I had no hesitation on asking Joe to return and remove the high build up of moss on my large bungalow tiled roof. Again his team were very professional, hardworking and friendly. My bungalow has a brand new life and looks great , thanks to Joe and his team. More projects to follow
