  Lee Heppenstall Carpentry have once again done a really nice job for me. Lee has been involved with various projects over the years including flooring, doors, bespoke cupboards, project managing a full garage conversion for an Airbnb business, decking, garden cabin, and various other wood related work. Over the past few months he has changed seven internal doors, fitted a new front door, laid flooring and made me two beautiful bespoke built-in cupboards in my new home. As always he provided a first class service which was competitive and to a very high standard. Reliable and tidy too.

  We had some bedroom wardrobes built for my son’s bedroom.

  We were very impressed with Lee’s professionalism from start to finish. He took the time to help us plan the wardrobes carefully, offering clear and helpful advice to ensure everything met our needs. Communication throughout the project was excellent – we were kept informed at every stage. Lee’s workmanship was superb. He worked cleanly and tidily, making sure everything was cleared away at the end of each day. He was also polite, friendly, and easy to have around. We were recommended to Lee by a friend, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him ourselves. Excellent service all round!

  Provided a quote but then radio silence

  Lee came to look at the job, and generally came across well as helpful and knowledgeable. After some chasing he provided a quote, but then didn’t respond to any of my subsequent emails when I was looking to take it forward. An absolute waste of everyone’s time.

  I spoke with this potential client regarding the work explaining I couldn’t carry the work out soon enough. Quite shocked I have been left a feedback like this. I have always tried to meet my clients needs & previous feedbacks says it all. Can’t please everyone it seems! I can only do my best.

  Kitchen fitting and bespoke larder cupboard

  Lee was on time every day, clean, tidy, good at communicating and problem solving. Most of all he was very competent at both fitting flatpack kitchen and appliances and at plastering, and creating a bespoke larder cupboard for us. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
