  I was very happy with Lee’s work. He carried out some problematic plumbing work in my new cloakroom and kitchen. He dealt with the problems in a very professional, efficient and fuss free way. He went above and beyond and I will definitely be using his services again.

  Boiler servicing and repair

  Nick was thorough, courteous and tidy throughout the job. He was always punctual and made time to complete the job even though it took a lot longer than we originally thought it would due to various complications which arose. Nick was great at problem solving and working out the best solution for the various issues that came up. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him!

  He installed a boiler at our property.

  We been&still having massive problems with the boiler that Nick installed the boiler 2 years ago .And since last year we keep having big problems with water coming through the boiler. Evertyme is raining water comes in .Why recomand him pick some you can’t even answer the phone?He’s a cowboy plumber . Been in a debate for a while weather I should review him or not But because he failed to pick up my phone calls have decided to give him this review.We payed over £3000 for a brand new boiler Worcester.There were other issues with the boiler that came the start meter he chose it was a joke

  Firstly can I say that it is a bit odd that you are using a pseudonym to write your review. I have received no communication from you via text, email nor voicemail since the installation of the boiler more than 2 years ago. I am very busy during my working day so answering the phone is disruptive and I don’t ring numbers back if they do not leave a message. If there was a problem with the installation why is the first written communication via a review 26 months after the work has been done? To say that I am a cowboy is rude, inaccurate and offensive. I believe that the reviews from this website will attest to the fact that I am an honest and hard working sole trader. Nick Lee
