  Arrived exactly on time and carried out two large core drilling jobs in quite tricky locations with complete confidence and no hesitation. The work was done efficiently and to a high standard, with everything clearly explained along the way. He worked cleanly and carefully, and left the area spotless once finished. Very professional, reliable, and easy to deal with from start to finish. I would not hesitate to recommend.

  Attic conversion

  Extremely good builder

  Lee was a great guy he was very professional and all ways on time highly recommended Lee was installing footings and a slab for a granny flat was impressed that we called him back to reroof the existing bungalow

  Good local builder to Deeside

  Lee is my go to builder, he always does an excellent job and put his hand to all building work, to date Lee has completed my patio, tiled my bathroom and plastered various rooms in my house, all completed to a high standard of workmanship
