Very efficient and cost friendly service. All works carried out to complete satisfaction.

Following my phone call Lee visited and diagnosed the fault on my boiler. One of his workers returned the next morning with the correct new part and fixed the fault. He also checked everything to make sure there were no other faults.

I phoned Lee in a bit of a panic because the flexible connection hose to the hot tap at the bathroom basin burst, spurting water everywhere. After turning off the water I contacted Lee and asked if he had anyone at hand to come and fix the problem. He couldn’t have been more helpful! Haven’t our a lad who had nearly finished for the day and within an hour the job was complete. Excellent service and very friendly tradesmen. Can always recommend Lee and his team.

We called Lee and told him we had no hot water and a plumber came round within a couple of hours and after extensive testing diagnosed the fault and rectified the problem. The operative was very pleasant and explained the problem in layman’s terms to me. The charges were very reasonable

Probably the most in-depth service my boiler has ever received and highlighted some anomalies I'd rather not have but I'm very glad to be aware of. Despite the issues, the boiler runs properly and safely and there was no hard sell to fit a new one despite it being nearly 30 years old. So a good honest service.

Lee's team are very helpful and knowledgeable. No complaints at all, they show up and get the job done. Fees are very reasonable, especially considering the expertise and work ethic they deliver. We have used their services in the past and will continue to in the future.
