  Bathroom renovation

  We required the removal of a bath to be replaced by a shower area plus complete renovation of the walls, floor and ceiling. Leeds Property solutions handled the project in its entirety. They designed the layout and made some inspired suggestions for decor. It was impressive was that in preparing the room they identified a problem in an adjacent property that was causing previously unseen damage to our premises . They resolved that problem even though it would have been simpler to ignore it. The finished job was exactly what we wanted and better than we hoped for

  Half garage conversion to accommodate downstairs w/c and utility, incorporating new kitchen layout

  From start to finish, Scott and Tony have been spectacular in providing us with the options, design, timescale and build quality for what we wanted. They have always been responsive and positive to small changes we have requested, that ended up with a new kitchen, which they were more than happy to oblige at a very reasonable price, in a timescale that worked around us. They have been very reliable, trustworthy, and honest. We would have no objections whatsoever to seek further work as and when required. Would 100% recommend getting a quote for work you need.

  Plumbing Issues

  As a managing agent I have used Leeds Property Solutions for many years. Tony from LPS is very reliable and knowledgeable and brilliant at finding leaks in residential apartments. He has had to take out bathroom suites, toilets, kitchens and tiled walls to access the pipe work and his reinstatement work is excellent. He communicates well with residents regarding access arrangements and the works to be undertaken. I would have no hesitation in recommending LPS

  New Kitchen

  Scott & Tony and the team were very professional in helping us convert a small kitchen into a full kitchen diner. A wall was removed and they designed the new layout. Whole job was completed in less time than was originally stated which was a bonus for us. Great communication throughout the project. Always clean and tidy at the end of every day. Would highly recommend
